Dropship Orders
Returns
Returns are only applicable to standard products purchased directly through ABCCanopy official channels (official website or authorized sales representatives).
To request a return, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Brand new, unused condition;
Include all accessories, manuals, warranty booklet, and original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
1, Custom-printed products (unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by ABCCanopy);
2, Products that have been used, show visible signs of wear, or are missing/damaged packaging or accessories that affect resale value;
3, Products purchased through unauthorized channels.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account after the returned product has passed inspection.
Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days from the date the returned item is received.
For returns due to customer reasons (non-product quality issues), applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Returns
Wholesale and bulk orders may be eligible for returns only with prior approval from ABCCanopy.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
Be unused and unassembled
Be in original packaging and resalable condition
Approved wholesale returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
All return shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error by ABCCanopy.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-printed or made-to-order products
Clearance or discontinued items
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
Refunds
Refunds for approved wholesale returns will be issued after inspection and confirmation of product condition.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection is completed.
