What qualifications are required to become an ABCCANOPY distributor?

Priority will be given to retailers with proven experience and mature market channels in the outdoor industry. Applicants operating physical stores or e-commerce platforms are also preferred, though such qualifications are not mandatory. Any candidate with robust sales resources and the ability to meet the brand’s minimum order requirements is eligible to apply.

How long does the distributor application process take?

We will complete the preliminary review of your application within 1 business day. Upon approval, we will send you the official distributor agreement for review and execution. After the agreement is signed, we will set up your exclusive sales account. The entire application process takes 3–5 business days in total.

Is there any fee to apply for or join the ABCCANOPY Distributor Program?

There is no application fee required to apply for or join our distributor program.

Orders & Pricing

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for distributors?

For the bulk purchasing model, the minimum order unit is 5 pieces per SKU. We encourage larger order volumes, as distributors will be entitled to more favorable wholesale pricing for bulk purchases. Additionally, we offer a flexible drop-shipping model, enabling you to operate your business with zero inventory pressure.

Are the pricing and profit margins for distributors competitive?

Do I need to maintain inventory on my own?

Inventory management requirements vary by your chosen cooperation model. If you opt for the bulk purchasing model, you will be responsible for maintaining your own inventory. For the dropshipping model, ABCCANOPY will take full responsibility for inventory management, which comprehensively saves your time and energy.

Marketing & Support

What marketing resources are available to me as an authorized distributor?

ABCCANOPY provides comprehensive support for branded marketing materials to our authorized distributors, including design resources for product brochures, online promotional posters, and other marketing collaterals, all to facilitate your market expansion initiatives.

Do you provide product knowledge and sales training?

We provide comprehensive product knowledge manuals and documentation for authorized distributors. In addition, we organize offline centralized training sessions specifically for key personnel of our core distributor partners at a later stage of cooperation.

Sales & Territory

Does ABCCANOPY offer exclusive territories for distributors?

Yes, ABCCANOPY implements a strict exclusive territory policy for authorized distributors to safeguard their market interests and avoid internal brand competition. Each distributor will be granted exclusive operating rights within a clearly defined geographic area, as specified in the official distribution agreement. Without prior written approval from ABCCANOPY, cross-territorial sales or the appointment of other distributors within the exclusive territory are prohibited. This policy ensures distributors have a stable market space to focus on local operations and maximize profitability.

Am I allowed to sell ABCCANOPY products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or others?

Yes, authorized distributors are permitted to sell our products on mainstream e-commerce platforms including Amazon and eBay upon review and approval by the brand side. To maintain brand image consistency and market order, distributors must comply with the following requirements: first, use authorized brand materials and product information for listings; second, strictly abide by the pricing policy stipulated in the distribution agreement to avoid unauthorized price cuts or price wars; third, ensure that after-sales service standards meet the brand’s unified requirements. Any violation of the above rules may result in the suspension or termination of distribution rights.
