Dispute Resolution Process
The standard process is as follows:
Submit Dispute Details → Internal Review → Solution Discussion
Distributors are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information to ensure timely handling.
How to Submit a Dispute
Distributors should submit dispute information within 7 business days after the issue occurs.
Please include the following materials when submitting:
Order number(s)
Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
A brief written description of the problem
Any additional relevant documentation
Incomplete submissions may delay the review process.

Review & Response Timeline
Our team will complete the initial review within 2–3 business days
Based on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Product replacement
Reshipment of missing items
Refund (full or partial, when applicable)
Other reasonable solutions discussed and agreed upon by both parties
Cases Not Covered
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for dispute handling:
Damage caused by improper use
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Issues beyond the stated warranty coverage
Normal wear and tear over time
